A Letter from the Founders of The League of Extraordinary Women

It’s been a while…

If you’re anything like us, the past few years have felt like stepping through a transformative portal. Life has asked us to pause, reflect, and reshape how we connect, create, and live. During this time, The League naturally moved into a state of rest. The version of the League we all knew and loved came to its natural close, and with it, so did our chapter as an events-first organisation.

But endings are never really endings. They're invitations for evolution, and even revolution. 

Life has unfolded in ways that have stretched us, softened us, and reminded us of the beauty in transformation. Each of us, in different ways, have exited the companies we were running before the pandemic. Shez and Sarah welcomed babies (2 each!) into their lives and now all four of us are mamas, navigating the messy, magical journey of motherhood while running our businesses, and lately, tuning into what’s next for The League.

Today, after years of rest and reflection, a new vision is taking shape—one that feels bold, expansive and deeply aligned.

Imagine a world where female entrepreneurship felt expansive, intuitive, and aligned with who we are as women. Imagine it feeling like a place where your work and your life come together in harmony, amplifying your core values.

This new chapter of The League is about together honing our ability to thrive, by tapping into our innate wisdom and strength as women to build, lead and operate in ways that feel natural, sustainable, and deeply fulfilling.

While we’re not quite ready to reveal all the details just yet (very soon we promise!), what we can tell you is The League is rebirthing, and it will be unlike anything we’ve ever done before.

We’re moving forward as a community-first, education-driven organisation, with a vision to create a space where extraordinary women can come together—not just to succeed, but to truly flourish.

The League has always been extraordinary because of you. Together, we’re redefining what’s possible for women entrepreneurs. And now, we’re taking that legacy to new heights.
