Flourish is a business operating system for women, designed by us, the founders of League of Extraordinary Women, after having used (and ultimately discarded) multiple business operating systems, like EOS, Scaling Up, Lean Canvas, etc. in our own companies over the past almost 20 years.

What we’ve created is no regular business operating system, instead it’s designed specifically for female founders and leaders who are ready to break free of the business models that were never designed for us in the first place.
