Week 1
The Foundation of FLOURISH

  • The philosophy behind FLOURISH, and learning our unique language.

  • Business as a conscious entity—connecting, listening and learning to work with its natural rhythms.

  • Getting the most out of the program, and the community.

  • Defining your commitments and setting expectations for implementation.

Week 2
Rooted in ‘The Essence’

  • Every business has it’s own Essence, we’re going to discover and document yours.

  • Identifying and effectively using your vision, mission, values and brand promises, for highest cultural alignment.

  • How to easily keep your team and business aligned with ‘The Essence’ for focus, clarity and divine inspiration.

Week 3
The ‘Prosperity Metrics System’

  • Learn to simplify and optimize your data and numbers for easeful prosperity.

  • Identify your 5-10 key business levers that drive sustainable success.

  • Set up your Prosperity Metrics Dashboard and tracking system for intuitive, data-backed decisions.

  • Introduce Prosperity Reflection Time—a monthly rhythm for financial clarity.

Week 4
The ‘Coherence Meeting’

  • Deep dive into the single most important aspect of FLOURISH, the weekly Coherence Meeting, and learn to run it effectively.

  • Understanding ‘Initiatives’, and how they’re formed for easeful, high-performance.

  • The macro-cultural-operational shift in perspective.

Week 5
Your ‘Rhythms & Rituals’

  • The power and purpose of rhythms and rituals, and how these essentially form the business culture.

  • Shaping your rhythms and rituals with intention, using the quantum to become the business, culture and leader you desire to be.

Week 6
Integration & Reflection Week

  • Midway through the program, we will take a break from learning in order to provide time to integrate and reflect on everything learned so far. This time is critical before we dive into a completely new paradigm of leadership.

  • This week’s session will be a sharing circle, and open coaching time.

Week 7
Developing an Empowered Team.

  • A content heavy session, aimed at helping us move into true leadership vs. people management—trusting your team to lead themselves.

  • Understand and honor each team member’s natural strengths, energy, and rhythms.

  • Powerful tools and frameworks to easefully get the most out of our people.

  • Introduction to using the ‘Team Happiness Scores’ as a leading indicator of the health of your business.

Week 8
The Power of Clarity in Leadership

  • The value of a Visual Organizational Chart—seeing your business ecosystem.

  • Achieving Role clarity for everyone in the organization: defining objectives, responsibilities, and success markers.

  • Moving through ‘The Honest Review’ process and understanding the success formula for a thriving team member.

Week 9
Leadership via Alignment

  • Never have to fire anyone ever again, and never experience an unexpected resignation.

  • How to navigate challenges using values and success markers.

  • Using values and alignment to shape leadership conversations

  • Learn to effectively coach your team through energy blocks as they arise.

  • Easeful performance management.

Week 10
Becoming an Embodied Leader

  • This week is an invitation for you to take radical responsibility for everything you’re experiencing in your life, and to see and experience business and leadership as the ultimate journey in personal growth and development.

  • Understanding the Drama Triangle—how to step out of reactive leadership patterns.

  • Commitment to become a walking embodiment of your values and vision.

Week 11

Closing Circle

  • In our final week together we’ll hold a closing circle, sharing our experience of the program including what we’ve implemented, what's been hard, what's been most powerful, and what we’re most excited about next.

  • Includes a 6 month membership to the League’s global, private membership community specifically for founders implementing Flourish (valued at $594).
